Job Description:
As a Self Promoter you will be promoting Lay's Home Improvement through fliers, business cards, internet, door to door advertising, etc. All in which is at no cost to you and fully furnished by Lay's Home Improvement.
For this position you will be an independent contractor and payed by commission and bonuses only. Commission rate is based off your leads that become finished projects. 5% will be paid to Self Promoters off the top of labor sales for your accepted finished projects generated by your leads.
During training you will learn more about pay, our company, and success strategies.
Invoices will be sent out weekly unless no pay is due and processed through GURU.
